Kegels. Yup, kegels. I may be a little biased but I count the PC or "pubococcygeus" muscles as some of the most important muscles in the body.
I might have gotten slack this year when it comes to my Hip Hop Abs workout, but inside I have the body of an Olympic athlete.
Kegel excercises are something that you should do every day. Not only will they improve your sex life but they are also important for your long term pelvic health.
Kegel exercises are also called pelvic floor excersises because they treat and prevent pelvic floor weakness. It is a great preventative measure for incontinence and uterine weakness. During pregnancy the pelvic foor can become stretched and damaged commonly causeing urine control problems for months after pregnancy. Doing kegel excercises during and directly after pregnancy can greatly reduce these problems.
But let's be real, one reason to make sure you do your kegels every day is this reason and this reason only, LONGER and STRONGER ORGASMS! That's right, the stronger your kegel muscles the stronger your orgasms. BAM!
Having strong PC muscles allows you to have not only stronger g-spot orgasms but multiple orgasms as well. Some women found that it wasn't until ater they had sarted strengthening their PC muscles that they were able to have their first orgasm. In fact if you have strong enough PC muscles you can actually masterbate with NO HANDS, simply by contracting and relaxing your muscles repeatedly. Now how convenient would THAT be?
One great way to train your PC muscles is with Ben Wa Balls. Ben Wa Balls are like free weights for your girly bits. They are weighted balls that you slip inside your vagina one at a time and hold in by clenching your PC muscles tight, as if you were trying to stop yourself from going pee.
NO they can not get lost up inside you. Your uterous is like a cul-de-sac, all anything can do in their is go around and back out again. Since the balls are weighted they will drop right out unless you are actively holding it in, hence it being a workout.
So keep in mind that if you are going to use them outside of the house that you are wearing uderwear otherwise you could find them folling out the bottom of your pant like while cruising down the frozen foods section!
I recomend using glass Ben Wa Balls because you can cool them down, or warm them up to suite your mood and mix things up a little for a litttle extra pep in your step. But more imortatly with glass Ben Wa Balls you will never run the risk of having the gold coating flake off inside of you (Uh Oh!). So grab yourself a pair of Ben Wa Balls like the ones below and start your new work out routine!

Dear Lady Paradise - G-spot Orgasms
So I was chatting with one of my friends the other day and her question was a pretty good one, so I've decided to present it to you like a "Dear Abby" letter.
Dear Lady Paradise,
The other day I was having sex with my boyfriend and everything was going great, it felt sooo good. But then I suddenly had to pee! It totally freaked me out and I lost focus and it all kind of went to crap after that. WTF?
From
I Hate My Bladder
Dear I Hate My Bladder,
I totally understand how the sudden overwhelming need to pee during sex can really kill the mood for you. But it sounds to me like everything was going even better for you than you realized and you were on your way to the elusive G-spot orgasm!
A G-spot orgasm tends to happen in 4 stages, Pain, Pleasure, Pee, then Orgasm.
Pain: As soon as you touch the g-spot, it hurts (but not in the bad way). Have you ever been having sex and you wiggle into a new position and all of a sudden it hurts? Well, chances are, that’s your g-spot! What happens is, our clitoris is made of 8000 nerve endings. These nerve endings go inside the body and dump themselves off at the g-spot. And so, when penetration is happening, or you’re tapping your g-spot with your finger, those nerve endings need some time to desensitize. After about 3 seconds, the feeling will transition into pleasure.
Pleasure: This is when you’ve relaxed and are thinking, “Oh wow, that feels awesome… I could do this all day.” What’s happening is, your g-spot is filling with fluid, which makes it bigger. The bigger it gets, the more you’re going to touch it…. which brings you more pleasure. You’re going to climb this mountain of pleasure until you get to the very top and you feel like you’re going to pee.
Pee: Have you ever stopped sex because you think you are going to pee? So what do you do??? You go to the bathroom, you sit there… and what happens? Nothing, right? Your brain is wired just like a man’s during sex… you cannot feel pleasure and pee at the same time. It’s physically impossible. That’s why it takes some time for your body to relax (aka, lose your lady boner) so that you can pee. So next time you feel that pain feeling, DON’T STOP! What’s really going on is that your g-spot is filling up with so much fluid that it’s actually putting pressure on your bladder (you only have so much room in there). Also, your g-spot is on the same lining as your bladder. So push through it.
Orgasm: After you’ve pushed through it, and it probably takes a good 5-7 thrusts, you’ll get to the orgasm. And here’s what a g-spot orgasm looks like. It starts at your toes. Some women report that they get foot cramps, muscle spasms, charlie horses, push through it… that’s why they sell Advil over the counter.
Then you’re going to feel this warm rush of water race up your body and when it gets to the top of your head it actually shuts off your pre-frontal cortex. You cannot think, feel, hear, or see anything… it’s the only time you can experience absolute euphoria. After about 2 seconds, your brain reconnects and you feel this cold tingle race down your body, and when it gets to your toes, you are so tense that if anyone moved you, you would break.
And then the orgasm starts. You feel this full-body, deep pulse. The pulsing reaches a peak until…. release. And THAT is a g-spot orgasm.
The one problem with G-spot orgasms is that they are something we need to train are bodies to do. While they are completely natural are first instinct is to shy away from them because the signals can be very confusing.
The easiest way to train our body to ride the G-Spot orgasm wave is with a G-spot toy like the Platinum Butterfly Kiss. It's a great introductory G-Spot Vibrator because it also stimulates your clitoris at the same time, not only giving you that extra stimulation but helping your body to relax into the orgasm.
After a while your body will get used to the different sensations of the G-spot orgasm and you will be able to enjoy it with confidence.
